| Art by Zee My name is Zee Grega. I am an independent visual artist and writer living and working in Seattle, Washington. My travels frequently find me at various points on the West coast of the United States and sometimes elsewhere. The diversity of climate and terrain in the American West is often a direct inspiration for my works. I am also strongly interested in colors and textures and the transformation of objects by their viewers. Other artists who have particularly inspired me include C.R. Stecyk III and Cindy Sherman. My preferred visual arts media are photography (both film and digital). watercolor, gouache, pencil and ink. My handcrafted works include beaded jewelry, sculpture and paper arts. My works have appeared in a number of small press "zines" and web sites, as well as in gallery shows throughout the Pacific Coast.
